Hello.

Could use some help trying to download some data from Github...

(Btw, learning how to use Github is on my To-Do list, and if you can help create time, then maybe I will be able to learn it in this lifetime!)

I would like to download the .csv file for tis dataset...

github.com/nytimes/covid-19-data/blob/master.us.csv

When I navigated to this web page, I figured there would be one of those download file links, but all I get is a web page that displays the data, which doesn't help me to easily get it into my spreadsheet.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

First of all your link is not quite right, there should be a slash between 'master' and 'us' not a dot:
But to download it, just click the little button that says "Raw" then you can do File->Save As... in your browser.
When I did it wanted to save as "us.csv.txt" so you'd want to remove the ".txt"
Hope that helps.

Yeah, type-o posting the URL here.

You're the best!

Thanks for helping an old-timer figure that out! :apple::apple:
