MP 1,1-5,1 Giving my MacPro 5.1 to a friend and need to restore it to the basic 5.1 MacPro

Guys,
Im currently running Monterey on my 2012 5.1 MacPro, Im going to give my MacPro to a buddy of mine, but he wants me to install the OS that is compatible with a 2012 MacPro. Can someone please help me to do this?.

DFU mode most likely but you’ll need two Macs.

It's the matter of the graphics card, if it's a Metal compatible GPU and compatible with Mojave than Mojave is the latest supported compatible system.

If it's the stock GPU it's High Sierra.
