I am currently running Windows XP on my macbook via Parallel Desktops. As of the moment OS have control of the internet settings; as long as OS is connected to the internet so is Windows. Is there any way for Windows to gain control of the internet settings?

The reason I am attempting to do this is because I live in a college dorm. In order to connect my xbox 360 or Wii to the internet I will need to rout it through my computer. However the university tutorial only have instructions for routing the internet through Windows XP and Vista, not OS X.

Any help will greatly appreciated. Instructions for routing the internet through OS will be best, but giving Windows control will work just as well, thank you.

from google (Apple Internet sharing):

If your connecting a wireless access point to your mac the above tutorial might help as well regardless if it's 'airport' or not.

Thanks for your help, I tried that however and it didn't work. I attempted to share my ethernet connection through airport, but the xbox and wii were unable to detect the network. The same thing occurred when I attempted ethernet. Thank you for your help though.
