Glitch with video app - doesnt play from where it let off

I'm getting really aggravated with the video app.

When i load movies & tv shows from iTunes (purchased and non-purchased) the app will never continue play back from wherever I last left off. I can only continue when going back to the same movie. So if I get halfway through movie A then start tv show B and go back to movie A, it always starts from the beginning.

And yes, continue from where I left off is checked on in the info of each file in iTunes. It's getting really annoying. I had this glitch when i first got the phone. It went away after I did a restore, and now its back again.

Any solutions?
