If anyone could help me diagnose my Mum's Macbook Pro issue we'd both really appreciate it!

Firstly here are some pics of the issue (had to take a video and pick out the frames as it happens too quickly to take a photo). Every now and again the screen looks like this for a split second then returns to normal. This happens every 20 seconds or so but isn't regular. It might be somehow linked to computer activity as it seems to happen more often when the computer is being used and happens less often if it's just left idle on the desktop. It doesn't seem to be linked to any sort of pressure on the screen or the hinge, as the glitchy screens appear even when it's on a table and not being moved.

The annoying thing is that it started to happen months ago, and back then it was within the warranty with John Lewis so she sent it off to be repaired by Apple. I think they replaced the logic board, but would have to double check on that. Now the same issue is back after a few months of never seeing it and assuming it was fixed!

Here are the specs to her macbook:

Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
Processor 2.7 Ghz Intel Core i5
Memory 8GB 1867 Mhz DDR3
Graphics Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

If anyone has any insight into what the issue could be that would be great. It's outside the warranty now so would either have to pay Apple or find somewhere else to get it repaired. But after already getting it repaired and the same issue coming back, it would be great to learn a bit more about the issue before we look into getting it repaired again!

Thank you in advance!

I also have a video of the issue if it's of any help.

How many months all repairs have a 90 day warranty and they may give you a little flexibility on that.

It was back in early September so it's been quite a bit over the 90 days. Good suggestion though, we hadn't thought of that.

Any other thoughts? I've run the Apple Diagnostics thing and nothing came up.
