Is anyone else having this problem?

Meaning: I had a black menu bar from Mavericks, which was left that was when I installed Yosemite, and now it's all wonky and glitchy, especially in the right hand corner by the Notification Center.

You are using the 3rd party program "Obsidian Menu Bar" and it needs to uninstalled as per the instructions from the program when you first installed it. "Before upgrading to a newer system version, be sure to restore the default OS X menu bar. Obsidian will be tested and updated with each new version of OS X."
