For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to convert these icons (.png) into versions for my iBook. Everytime I get a white alpha channel instead of transparent. It's making me real tired.

Can some design wizard convert these to a format that Mac OS X can use?

Thanks for who ever does this (PS: these icons can't be found on the net, so you'd be doing other a favour too)

Um, I can open them just fine.

i didn't think they made access for the mac, in-fact they don't so why do you want a access icons and a visio icon

You can use Icon Composer in /Developer/Applications/Utilities, to make icons. You need to install the developer tools to do it though.
