Hello. I will very soon order myself my first mac ever. I have settled to buy a macbook pro. I just don't know if I should choose the glossy or non-glossy screen. What are the differences between these two screen? And which one is preferable?

I have a 17in MacBook Pro with a glossy screen...it's great for viwing digital photos and DVDs.
It's down to personal taste at the end of the day...have a look at two of them in your local Apple store and decide.

Kalixa, this question is asked several times a week, and always gets the same response.

As people keep reasking this question, others are responding to it less and less.

You'd better serve yourself by searching for one of the other threads that asked this question and get your answers there.
