Does the Mac Mini GMA950 graphics chip already run at the maximum 400MHz? Only it seems I cannot get any performance boost from using the GMABooster overclocking tool on my Mac. I've read positive reviews about it working on Macbooks/other GMA 950 devices that use the underclocked portable versions, but the software claims support for Mac Mini, and why do that if it doesn't make a difference?
I know the difference won't be huge, but I use a 24" monitor and at that resolution even things like opening stacks from the dock are jittery. Smoothing that up a little would be fantastic.
I've installed the latest CHUD tools and tried the ones from the GMAbooster site, but getting no results. For example, Xbench's OpenGL test reports an identical framerate before and after 'overclocking' (about 280FPS). Has anyone else tried this with better results?
