gmail.com isn't loading!

Hey is anyone else having problems with gmail? I haven't even been able to load the page www.gmail.com for over an hour. I tried rebooting, and checking the site from 2 different connections (wireless and cable). My internet works for everything else, but I can't get to gmail. Anyone know what to do?

Hmm.. maybe try resetting safari?
I'm getting everything just fine.
(and I'm even in the front yard..)

I'd also try a different browser if the problem persists.

Has anyone actually tried the weird spam recipes they list in the junk mail folder?

I just tried resetting and clearing the cache, and still no luck. Sometimes I'll have problems loading the page, but now for some reasons Safari or my internet connection isn't able to connect with the server at all.
Good to know that the whole server isn't down.

When they make a vegetarian alternative to Spam, I will.

can you google for google mail, and load the cache, and maybe log in from that page?

I tried both googlemail.com, mail.google.com, and they neither works.

I actually tried doing that before, and even that wouldn't work.

I'm going to try resetting my internet connection.

I unplugged my internet connection and I'm still getting:

Safari can’t open the page.
Safari could not open the page “http://mail.google.com/mail/” because the server stopped responding.

I would just try back tomorrow or try a different computer or a different browser.

Oh come on, everyone knows that spam isn't really meat!

I have noticed that the Safari-GMail combination can be buggy. I'd at least try a different browser before blaming it on semi-local network problems and calling it a day.

I couldn't get into any google services for a bit yesterday, on the windows pc, using firefox. S'all ok now though.

I had some trouble logging in on our PC... but I figured that our PC is just so screwed up that it wasnt working.

Gmail seems to have issues off and on. It's not your computers. There's no need to reboot or anything like that. Just give it some time.
