Gmail set up, wrong passcode?

Not sure if I should put this here, but I will try.

My gmail has been showing double of all my emails in the Notification Center (set up as an Exchange), and it was very annoying. So I deleted it and thought about setting it up again to see if that would fix it.
So I set it up and now i get a pop up asking me for the pass code, I put it in and it says its wrong. So for fun I changed my pass code and still nothing. Any ideas?

Tried it and didn't work, this is very annoying. I will try again, thank you for your help.

restarted my phone, did the unlock twice and still nothing.

Anyone else with ideas?

Did you update or fresh install?

ok, I did a fresh install and still not working at all. Is there anything I am over looking? is there a setting or settings on gmail.com I should look at?

I did an update
