Have you tried selecting "Notification Center" only and in "Show Previews" selecting "When Unlocked"?

Where I can find "when unlocked"? Look at the pictures in attachment.

Enter the "Show Previews" area. Yours is currently set to "Always (Default)".

In the "Show Previews" are these options "Always (Default)", "When Unlocked", "Never"
I have it set to "Always" and from this moment I am going to test set to "When Unlocked"

OP wants the notification to not turn on the screen briefly but still wants to see the notification on the lock screen if they check. I don't know any way to do that. I only know you can not have them show on the lock screen at all.

Yes, I want view notifications when I unlock iphone, but I dont want automaticlly turn on display when iphone receive each notification.

If, in your mail accounts notifications preferences…(1) you have "Allow Notifications" on, (2) under "ALERTS" you only have "Notification Center" checked, (3) for "Sounds" you have something audible selected (4) for "Show Previews" you have "When Unlocked" selected…you should hear an alert when the mail comes in but your phone's screen shouldn't illuminate and when you unlock the phone and invoke the Notification Center your email should be there.

The downside to this is that you have to have "Banners" off (under "ALERTS") thus you won't see banners when the phone is unlocked and an email comes in to that particular account…but you should hear the alert under normal circumstances.
