iPhone Go back to iOS 12 to fix car Bluetooth?

I’d happily give up the other features of 13 while they figure out the BT mess. Is this a viable option?

Then they really need to fix Bluetooth. Just got back from a road trip where I had to bring an old iPad with a headphone jack to play podcasts thru the AUX port.
