Hey, I just bought a domain name and I need help with getting it to work. Godaddy's site is just too confusing for me to figure out (esp. the help system). Anyway, I just bought jonshipman.com and I was wondering how to get it so that http://jonshipman.com works as well as http://www.jonshipman.com. Currently only the www.jonshipman.com one works. Also subdomain forwarding... is that http://anyword.jonshipman.com/ if so I tried to set that up with http://mac.jonshipman.com/ and that doesn't work even though godaddy says that subdomain is active. Help?

Dealing with domains is a pain, because of DNS data. It can take as long at 24 hours before the changes you make at GoDaddy are applied to all DNS servers. Usually you don't have to wait that long, but it will take some time for your changes to propigate around the world.

I have 2 Domains through GoDaddy, and I love how easy it is to do what I need.
