I am on OS X El Captain but I also have machine with the latest OSX and one with Lion. My mate was painting and he moved the drive and caused unsafe disconnect. Now First aid reports problems with Partition map.

Any ideas how to fix it via the terminal or in worst case scenario do you recommend to break the case and get one of those HDD docks and try to get my files back that way?
