going from 3.0 GM to "Official"??

Hey guys i am wondering i downloaded the 3.0 leaked GM and now i would like to get the official one apple is releasing on Wednesday. How can i do this without losing my email settings and such? i have two work emails i have to enter in manually and its been so long i dont remember how too anymore haha. Thanks for any advice. If it does what 2.0 did when downloading it from iTunes, it'll back up your entire device (even your music and videos, which it doesn't do with a standard backup) and then restores it all once the update has been applied.

I'm hearing that GM is byte for byte identical to official, so no need for a switch.

I had the GM and just did a restore just to have the REAL version... even if its the same.. who knows
