Going to Portugal? What are the rates like for overseas?

Hey I'm going to Portugal and I can't find on AT&T what rates are. Also are there packages u can buy. For ex. International minutes or perhaps data. I mean idk if it will come out cheaper then using it as you wish but I'm sure their are oversea packages. Also what about texting? Thnx.
