iPhone Going to unlock with ultrasnow. will i lose my push certs.

I have jailbroken iphone 3g ios 4.2.1 with redsnow and now to unlock it im going to install ultrasnow. Push notifications worked fine(ipusher tested) before the jailbreak so im assuming its working now but don't have wi-fi so I cant test it till tomorrow. Anyway to save my push certs when fixing with ultrasnow

I dont think ultrasnow screws up push.
You should be fine.
