I tried all I could and my workspace simply does not give me enough room to use my new iMac 27". I feel like I keep having to pushing myself away from my desk!

Anyway a new 21" with 8gb RAM and 1tb drive is on it's way and will be here on Tuesday. The month old 27" will be on eBay before the week is out.

I could've traded my 24" to your 27" :p Congrats anyway, the 21.5" is amazing as well, but can't beat the 27"

No arguement and if there was anyway to move it to another workspace I would. The screen is huge and one of the best I have worked with.

I was torn between the 21.5" and the much larger 27" as well. To me, the 21.5" would be great for usual office work. But... My one son is into writing his own music with one of his 4 guitars on his lap and doing music mixes with the computer. Thus, I'm thinking the larger 27" screen would be best for his needs. When doing technical writing, I like having 1 application open on the left and a different application open on the right. re: Text on the left and drawing on the right. Thus, 27" might be best for my needs as well. Jury is still out on which screen size is best for my family's needs... Only time will tell (when I buy an iMac this fall - winter)...

Do let us know how you like your iMac 21.5". Hopefully, this screen size is best for you (and your unique situation).
