Delkin makes one. I have one sitting here waiting for my 17" C2D MBP. It seems nicely made, and about the best one can do with Compact Flash and a /34 slot.

I ordered from B&H Photo, but Delkin sells direct. Enjoy!

That seems a little large - is there anything that will fit in the slot and not stick out?

Compact Flash card won't fit in the /34 slot. For others, Belkin and SIIG make adapters that are flush (for SD, XD, etc.). (also have a Belkin waiting for 17" C2D MBP)
