I don't know if it's actually worth that much since you can get a lot more bang for your buck with other machines... but you would have to spend more bucks. As for if it's a good deal or not, I will say that it's less than most similarly equipped models go for on eBay.

I would say that it isn't that bad of a deal, especially since i have seen powermac G4s with lower specs go for the same price. Go for it!
