I really need a good so for upliading to flickr. I read flickup cannot send photos which the iPhone app took, only photos taken from the flickup app. Can someone recomment something please?!

klick:

Easilly upload photos from camera/albums to flickr
And it is free!

Well boys and girls, I have installed/removed this three times. As apps go the interface is a little odd. You can actually paint yourself into a corner and not get back unlesS you exit the app.

The worst issue is the authenticating. Users lose the
Ability to authenticate with flickr. When you take a pic and try and upload the app looks like business as usual but nothing happens as you are not uploadjng any photos and the spnning wheel you see is the app trying to log you I to flickr.

As there is no queue for upload you fish d out that not oniy did your photo not
Get uploaded it was also not saved to your phone. I let 2 nice photos this way as they were of a sunset that j can't ever get back.

The dev suggests you remove/install but this I my wolvednthe issue for me for a day or two.

The app needs soMe work but could be great. I would even pay up to $3 for
It if it were fixed.

So what can you recmend to me?

Ps posted from my iPhone - hence the gibberesh

This is incorrect. Flickup does allow allow you to upload photos the iPhone Photos app takes. When you open the app, there is a button that says "Photo Albums". That will take you the Photo App, and you go from there.

Flickup is far from perfect, but it seems to be the best of the Flickr apps available.

k thanks. I bought mobile foto after the first reply here, unless itnhas some issues I will try flickup. I like the idea of higher red upload but unless the app uses push so I can run other things whileit uploads, I can see it being far from convenient to sit and wait for the to finish posting while on
Edge or slower 3g.

Klick has had none of the problems you describe for me. It authenticated just fine and uploaded images just fine. It could use some polishing (such as telling you it's uploading and waiting instead of kicking you back to the photo taking section) but otherwise, it works. No need to buy one.

Mobile Fotos is the best Flickr app, especially in terms of uploading .. No other Flickr app can claim theyupload exif info except Mobile Fotos, this MF is the best! Sure it's not perfect (like mass upload, etc), but no Flickr app is thus MF with it's exif upload capability is the best Flickr app!
