Good free software to cleaning out duplicates and missing files?

Anyone know any good free software that can automatically delete duplicates and missing files (the ones with a (!) next to them) from itunes?
 
Just delete all your files (don't delete them on the hard drive, just iTunes) and import them again, wala.
