Yep, Cyberduck is great, and the dock icons is cute too. I've been using the program for awhile and I love it.
Cyberduck is great for a free app and fits the casual user's needs, but for someone who FTPs a lot, it's a little limiting. I'm a big fan of Transmit as well.

My house!
I also recommend Transmit. I used it all through college to submit my work to my instructor(s) via FTP. Its well worth the little amount that you have to pay. Very easy to use.

I'm a web designer (for whatever shred of credibility that's worth) and my vote goes to Transmit hands down. If you are planning on using something with any regularity, this program's ease of use coupled with its power and options cannot be beat. Also, if you want a super easy way to upload files to a directory that you use frequently, there is a cool little 'Transmit' widget that you can use for drag-and-drop uploads.

Well worth the few bucks I paid for it.

I did try Cyberduck once. It is hoggy and it crashed a bit. I didnt care for it at all.
You know that new and updated versions come out every once in a while, right...?

This applies for most applications actually, IE for Mac excluded... ;)

I like Transmit, save for the fact that you can't set up local directories when setting up an FTP site profile (only remote). Little annoyance having to navigate to the desired directory on your machine, but s'meh.

Not true. I've got version 3.2.1 and I am able to setup local directories in conjunction with my remote ones.
