Hello. I am purchasing a mac mini intel from Apple this week. I am looking for a good LCD monitor. I can go down to a 15'' display. I'd prefer it to match the mini. It can also be used. If anyone has anything, I may be interested or if anyone could reccomend any on ebay.

Edit

I forgot. I am looking at one for around $100 total. I am also looking at the studio CRT Displays. Can anyone reccomend anything?

If you're on a budget, consider getting a super cheap used CRT. I'm sure you can find one for around $10-20 or even free on Craigslist. Wait for LCD prices to come down and then buy a good used one in about a year. Unless you really need the space, or are in front of the screen for long periods of time, LCDs aren't worth getting right now because they've got some price drops coming...eventually.

Well, for $100, don't expect much, LCD screens are still expensive. Look around the marketplace section for one. I would recommend that you post a WTB thread there, but I'm not sure you can because you have less than 100 posts.

Your only option at that price range is lower end CRT's. You can probably pick up a 19" CRT for around $100.

To even touch an LCD you would have to get up to $130, or maybe hit up eBay. You may be able to pick up a Dell LCD on one of their coupon deals.

Check out fatwallet forums. xpbargains.com, pricewatch.com to try and find some deals if you have to go LCD.

Your title says LCD, your 2nd post says CRT, which is it? i would say go LCD, look at these

for a 100 LCD you might go looking for a used one

wow after looking around you not going to get many LCD for 100. Go CRT
