Did the Good Morning screen that appears after you exit Sleep mode go away? I haven't seen it since I updated to iOS 15.

Strange. I still get the Good Morning screen on my Apple Watch, but not on iPhone (15.0.2).

Wow, I honestly forgot about this Good morning screen.

I never saw this on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, haven't seen it on my 13 Pro Max.
Last time was my XS Max.

Wasn't there a setting I had to change?? I have to look that up.

My good morning is there, but I notice it doesn’t show the sleep summary anymore, despite using sleep focus.

Good Morning worked great until I updated to 15.2, now it doesn't work. Still working for others?
I recently upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro Max and on 15.1.1. I no longer see the GM screen on phone or watch.

I’ve made some progress. I turned off Sleep Mode and turned it back on. This morning, I saw the GM on my watch, but not on my phone. LOL!

I'll try turning Focus off and on. I don't use Sleep on the Watch. I wish they would just provide a setting for GM on or off.

My Apple Watch 4 is on Watch OS 8.3 and my iPhone 13 Pro is on 15.2 but for the last 2 days, my watch has not showed me the Good Morning screen ?

I have Sleep Focus switched to come on automatically at 23:35 and to turn off again at 06:45 and it has always showed my the Good Morning screen other than the last 2 days ?

Currently my Good Morning only shows if I pick up the phone at exactly the time Focus turns off! This has got to be a 15.2 bug, worked flawlessly before this last update.

..and as weirdly as it disappeared, it re-appeared this morning!

I think you’re on to something here. It’s either timing-related or you need to press buttons/use gestures in some exact manner to see it. FWIW I don’t recall having seen it since I started using Sleep Focus

That's incorrect.

I've been seeing the good morning screen on my watch every day (other than the above blip!!) and I use Sleep Focus.

I think you may have misread my post. I’m not saying Sleep Focus is the reason I haven’t been seeing it. What I’m thinking is that how you ‘leave’ the Sleep Focus screen in the morning may have to be done in a certain way to view the Good Morning screen. There are a whole bunch of transitory gestures and screen tap permutations, and my thought is that some of them end up bypassing the Good Morning splash.

Hi everyone,

I believe I might have found a trick here. Up until yesterday, I forgot about this screen as well because it was not firing. I believe the issue with this and iOS 15 was the introduction of the "Focus" feature. Here is what I found;

iOS 14:
I used both DnD on a schedule until 7:00am but had the bedtime reminder set to 5:00am during the week.
I would be able to check my phone between 5 and 7am and I would see the "Good morning" screen.

iOS 15:
I only enabled bedtime alarms for 5:00am and left DnD alone(Unconfigured). The alarm would go off but I would not see the "Good morning" screen.

I have since re-enabled DnD on a schedule to turn off at 6am, this morning I was able to see the "Good morning" screen.

I am not completely sure what it is exactly but it seems to be tied to at least DnD if not also the bedtime focus.

This isn't the cause - I have tried turning DND off altogether AND having it scheduled but it makes no difference as I still don't get the Good Morning Screen.
