good or bad deal? New Apple Watch SE Gen 1 for 180 USD

Is that a cellular model or not?!
We bought a brand new Apple Watch SE 1st gen this past December — cellular model — that was bundled with an Apple Abyss Blue sport loop band, which was the band we were looking for. It cost only $200.
The SE 1st gen was a great way to test the waters, so to speak, on whether we'd like the Apple Watch. We do. It's been wonderful.
The good thing about the cellular model is that it will contact Emergency Services if you have a fall — even if you don't have a Watch cell plan. (Well, that's what's supposed to happen!)
$180 is a great price if it's cellular. Even better if it comes with the sport loop band, which is fine-grained adjustable. Keep in mind that, otherwise, an Apple sport loop band, if purchased separately, would be another $50.
