Hey everyone, looking for a site where I can get RAM at a decent price. Looking to upgrade my iMac from 2GB to 4GB. I see Apple has the upgrade to $200, but is there anyplace else I can go to cut down on cost a bit.

Also, is there a specific kind I need. I purchased my iMac June 2008. Top of the line model for the time. Most of the specs are in my sig.

crucial and newegg tend to be popular and well priced!

Crucial will even point you to the type of RAM you need if you enter you Mac's type

I use newegg.com. They have high ranks of customer satisfaction - I have always promoted them, their delivery service is awesome as well.

Newegg if you live in a state they don't charge sales tax in. Macsales.com is also great.
