iPad mini Good price for mini 6 with cellular?

I’ve recently decided to revisit the mini iPad. Had the original, but that was many years ago. Ive decided on the mini 6 and although a new one may come out later this year I want 1 now! My uses for it are all over the place:

*e-reader
*my out and about daily usage, dr’s appts,ball games,you name it. My iPad 12.9 pro too big and expensive for thee kinda outings
*journaling
*e-mail9 I get 400-500 a day and it would be easier on the mini than the 129…
*zoom calls when I’m out about
*playing games
*every thing else you do on an iPad…think compsuntion

so now I am looking to get one for the best price possible. Hoping for some help here to lEAD ME to the best value. Help!!! I can’t access the marketplace because I don’t have enough posts.
