I have two rpg's. One is called Undercroft and is very good, party based, a lot like the old Eye of the Beholder games.

However I have another one called The Quest and it's amazing. There is no party unfortunately, but in other ways it's a bit bigger and broader with a large world to explore and lots of spells and loot and quests. It's really an amazing rpg considering it's on a phone! I have been enjoying it so much that I have even been playing it at home, when I could be playing games like Call of Duty: MW2 on my PC... I finished Dragon Age so I need a good rpg and The Quest on the iphone is filling the gap nicely for me.

just download Undercroft lite and The Quest lite.
Both look pretty good xD

Stupidly, I finished it, lol :)

I was hopelessly addicted so I couldn't help myself. Luckily there are two expansion packs though, so I can always continue my quest if I need to at some point. I think I will move on to Undercroft now though. I've already played it a fair bit and it's such a nice game. I prefer the graphics and I love party based games. Hopefully it will turn out as good as The Quest was.

There are so many damn puzzle games on the iPhone and although a lot of them are good, it's just not for me, and I don't think they are very good value. Same goes for little arcade type games, things like Doodle Jump etc. Yeah it's cute and it's something to do for a few minutes while the kettle is boiling, but I'd much rather a good RPG like these games above.

I have some other good games though, but now I need to stop spending like a crazy person... and I need to just be patient and wait. I want to buy Beneath a Steel Sky at some point because I heard it's very good, and I am waiting for Desktop Tower Defence and World of Goo which are both due on the iPhone sometime. I think with that lot I would be happy for a loooong time. I would really love some old PC/Atari games to be remade on to the iPhone though. The Eye of the Beholder games would be perfect, and perhaps Castles, and stuff like that. I also think Final Fantasy games would be great on the iPhone. Oh how I would love Final Fantasy Tactics. The iPhone is so fantastic though that I suppose pretty much most classic games could be made to work for it. That's why I bought it in fact.
