Good screen recorder

So if any of you has heard of a program called Fraps, I was wondering if there is a program like that for Mac's. Now I know there is a lot of recorders out there but what I am more interested in is how fraps locks onto the game screen and only records that. So if I move, say my browser, over the game screen it will only record the game screen even though my browser is covering it. Thanks for any help!

I use one called ScreenFlow. Works well.

I use screenflow as well but ti doesnt lock on like I want.

Oh for macs, no there isn't really an alternative, as Fraps is Windows only and that's where most games are...
