Good sites for live streaming UFC 98?

I want to get this live PPV event streaming on my mac. We tried some of the free live streaming sites for UFC 97 and they all got caught up, skipped, stopped completely. I don't mind paying for the fight, as long as I'm sure that the stream will look as good as, or close to, what I'd get from cable (which I may have canceled too hastily). The only site I can find that doesn't sound like a scam is Yahoo Sports, but their test stream looks like crap even though I have the fastest cable modem and am running at over 1G of RAM. Anyone know where I can find a reliable source for these fights? We want to have people over to watch but I don't want to find out it's bad with everyone over...

Oh, I definitely want to, I just can't find a TV online site that is supported for Mac. I've found a couple for PCs, but I have no idea if they'll work and I don't want to waste the money.
