Want to find a good app where I can:

Have a list of tasks that can be dragged onto any date/time on a calendar.
And similarly, tasks in calendar can be dragged back to generic task list.

Is there such an app?
Thanks,
Tim

I had subscribed to your post in case someone had an answer I didn't know about.

I don't think that what you want exists, yet. There are a couple of desktop things that come closer, but even there not exactly.

Tasks and calendar events are two different animals. I haven't found the perfect tasks method for myself and therefore use a combination of three things!

The reason you won't really find an app like that is because, as stated by other posters, calendar events and tasks are different things.

I currently use Apple's stock Calendar app (with Flexibit's Fantastical, which I'm waiting to be updated for iOS 7 on the iPhone) and OmniFocus for my tasks.

OF has a forecast view where you can see your due tasks in the future alongside your calendar events. That somewhat solves your problem, but not completely.

Looks like Fantastical 2 will be released very soon :)
