macOS Good Tut's on Quiz w Multiple choice app?

I Googled but, couldn't find what I was looking for. This is my first app creation. I started creating a Quiz app by following along with the book "IOS Programming The Big Nerd Ranch. Which is giving me a concept. But I am trying to create a "Multiple choice Quiz app". Does anyone have any good recommendations on a book, video tut, or tut website, that steps you through it?

Found 1 tut that's exactly what I need but, its on older version of Xcode. So I get stuck at "class actions" and "class outlets" (don't see in Xcode 5). I have a QuestionView for class. I went under "Show Identity Inspector", but it doesn't have class action or outlets. It has user Defined Runtime Attributes.
