El Capitan updated well and so far the only problem I have is that Airport Utility is not recognising my Airport Extreme router and my Airport Express wifi extender.

My Mac (late 13) is using the correct wifi and I am able to use the internet etc but the Airport Utility is not recognising either of my attached units.

All items (Mac, Extreme and Express) are wirelessly connected.

Any idea how to allow me to access the units via my Mac.

Incidentally Airport Utility is working well on my iPhone 5s and iPad Air 2

Thanks

Yea, same for me. Although until I saw your thread I hadn't looked. My Airport Extreme seems to be working fine. I have wifi and internet is fast as always but AU is not working.

Also for me Airplay is having some issues. No icon in the menu bar even though my ATV is working fine.

I've done a little more twiddling and find that AU works the first time you access it after a reboot. However to keep it available you have to minimise it and expand it as required.

Closing the app then trying to open it some time later results in AU deciding that it cannot find any of the linked items (Extreme and Express) necessitating a reboot.
