Sorry if this has been posted, but I searched the forum with multiple different terms trying to find a similar thread (Because I assumed it would exist!) but does anyone have good suggestions for fitness / workout / gym programs for women? I have GymABC and it is OK but I realized that I DO want to log my reps and everything, and that a lot of programs (ifitness) I have read are geared to men. Since I'll most likely have to pay for a decent app, I figured I would see if anyone had suggestions
