GoodReader, lines across PDF

When trying to view one of my PDF files in goodreader, lines are displayed across the pages every 2-3 lines of text, however these do not show on the PDF in acrobat reader on my PC. Any help on getting rid of these?

Have you tried contacting the developers? They have usually been pretty responsive to my queries in the past.
