Google's secret X lab to reveal new project 'in the coming month'

Google X is the secret laboratory where the company puts designers to work on some of their most outlandish and ambitious ideas; its output so far has included Project Glass, self-driving cars, and a 16,000-core neural network that works like a virtual brain.........

......Google X's 'Captain of Moonshots' Astro Teller detailed the principles behind the lab's operation, and revealed that we should be seeing an announcement of a new discovery "in the coming month."......

I wonder what this could be. Google has been really innovative these past years. They really have the know how and guts to change tech. But I have no clue to what they could be working on for this release.

That's pretty interesting. Really curious what they have worked up in there. Have to say though I'm pretty excited for a Google X phone

Google x phone pixel. Runs ChromeOS and cost $800. But it does have a retina screen and is made from aluminum.
