Google Maps terrain mode for iPhone/iPod?

Hi. Are there any apps that supports terrain mode (which has much more details in my area)? For iPad (4.3.3 firmware) maps app suppors terrain mode, however iPod with 4.3.1. support only map/satellite mode.
Or, I should update 4.3.3?
