Google Navigation is available on iPhone?

Could this picture be real or a fake? I received this in an email that's going around. This screenshot was given by someone who wants to remain anonymous that shows Google Navigation on one of the home screens on an iPhone. Could this anonymous tipster be an employee of Google? Is Google ready to roll out Navigation on the iPhone? Or are we victim to an elaborate hoax? What do you guys think?
