Hi guys,

first post on here. Was recommended to post on here by a friend as i've been told you're all very good and resourceful when it comes to resolving an issue :)

Basically, i've downloaded the Google Play Music Manager software so i can upload my music library to their cloud (just recently for a HTC One Mini Android phone) i can download the software fine but it just doesn't want to boot up. I have installed correctly and it gets as far as showing me a loading bar to open but then just quits and nothing happens.

I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled several times including download the software using different browsers but still nothing.

Could it be because i'm running on OSX 10.9 Mavericks?

Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone know or recommend a fix?

Many thanks,

Mark

Strange. I've been using Google Play Music Manager on my Mac Mini and MacBook Air since it was released and haven't had any issues thru all the different OS X software updates. I currently use it on my 2011 mac mini running mavericks. No issues.
