I am trying to troubleshoot an employee's 2020 iMac that keeps having kernal panics when using any Google product (Chrome, Google Filestream, even tabs in non-Chrome browsers). We use GSuite in the office and is essential that she is able to use these programs. Here is the crash report:

panic(cpu 3 caller 0xffffff801e575997): "Zone cache element was used after free! The fact that fontd is mentioned in the panic log tells me that there's an issue with fonts somewhere. I'd troubleshoot by removing all 3rd party fonts and gradually adding them back in, if there are any installed.

Thanks for the advice but after running a memtest I found the issue to be our aftermarket ram. If for some reason we keep having kernel panics I will look into the 3rd party fonts. That makes sense as it is used for graphic design.
