I am considering buying an iPad Pro and making it my primary machine. However, there are a couple apps I have to use for work that are not available on iPad. My solution for this is to remote into my MacBook Pro that I’ll leave at home.
My question is, is there a way to wake the machine from sleep? If I’m away from home, how do I access the remote desktop if the computer is sleeping? I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this and I don’t want to have to leave my MacBook Pro open and running 24/7. Anyone know how to accomplish this?
Or is there a different remote desktop app I should use instead of Google?
