Hello,
I've set up google sync to sync my gmail, address book, and calendars. Seems so far to work well...
... my question is in regards to battery life. Previously I synced my calendar with icaldav (sp?), and my gmail was imap. I used the app called "gpush" to get instant notifications of my email. I found the app "gpush" actually improved my battery life when compared to both the regular gmail push, as well as imap@15 minute intervals... almost 1.5 better then imap @15!
when i use google sync with mail, does it default to push? should i stick with the gpush app to keep my best battery life?
thanks,
r.
