google video chat does not work in safari....

hi having a few google chat/video problems

1) i have google chat on my iGoogle home page it works, but i don't see a video camera next to people i know have video ability

2) now when I am actually in gmail, you can actually see a video camera next to the persons that have it...

what is going on here? I use safari, and I used firefox, but when viewed in iGoogle, i see no Video icon, ONLY when viewed in mail

is it my vesion of google video?

I'm in an even worse situation. I installed google video and last night it was working, but when I put my mac to sleep and come back this morning it wasnt showing the video sign, so I re install the plug in.

Now I come back to gmail and the video sign isn't showing... What's happening? Is this the safari update?
