Google Voice SMS now has forwarding to Gmail!!!

Finally google voice has a setting for forwarding SMS to gmail and you can reply back within gmail back to the sender. Since I forward my gmail to MobileMe, I can now use it as real solution for free SMS. Thanks google!
How do you reply to the SMS forwarded to your Gmail account? I tried to reply to the sender address (xxxxx@txt.voice.google.com), but it got bounced back.
I just used iPhone Mail to reply back to the sender. However, since I have both MobileMe and Gmail emails turned on, I chose gmail acct to reply back. Not sure if that made the difference, but you can try it. Good luck!
