Google Webmaster Tools

Hello,

I just signed up for Google Webmaster Tools and I would like some help on how best to use it.

There is an interested section called "What Googlebot sees" that give you Phrases, Keywords and Content.

I am not sure what to make of this data. What should I be looking for? If these keywords are "bad" should I change them. If so how?

Does no one use these tools?

I use them, but mostly for submitting my sitemap.xml file to Google. I've been curious about the keywords part too. My stats that I run on my site generally show the same keywords so not sure it helps me much. I don't know that the Webmaster Tools can help add keywords, but maybe they can.
