I disagree technically. However, the description here is not much worse than the description on iTunes. I believe the rating should be for 4 and under. I cannot see any compelling reason to spend a buck on this game.

i just thought that this is one if the scam apps. you know where you buy the app and it just a picture or animation. and thats because i wont buy it.
 
It's in the iTunes store. My guess is that if it is said to be a game then it's a game of sorts. It looks incredibly unimaginative, but that's just my opinion.
