GoPro - is there a browser to check GoPro content rather than the to me mysterious GoPro Quick?

I mean, is there a way to see the content of the GoPro folder with kind of like a browser as to quickly delete what is not worth keeping (80% of the stuff)?

Can you not use a normal file browser while the go pro is connected to a computer?!

I use a memory card reader and Finder....

Issue with the finder is that you have to manually open each and every folder as they are organised, automatically, by date and then in each date folder there is a GoProX one with the media files, a browser like AcDSee or something like that would come handy
