I'm a dedicated user of SplashID and its desktop companion. The total bill for the pair, unless you are moving to it from another platform, is $30, though.

If you are a digital photographer interested in geotagging your images, look at PlaceTagger.

It's pretty hard to know what to recommend with so little guidance on your interests.

anyone?

i need recommendations for apps.

anyone?

pdf reader, etc.

have no interest in entertainment/crappy apps (like moron test, etc.)

Looking for apps that are more economical /more likely to be used again.

Already have expense apps, any utilities/productivity apps? Looking for good pdf reader. best if there's 3 in 1 like mobile office (something cheaper than the 19.99 one, but of equivalent quality.)

I'll suggest some of the apps I have my eye on, if they ever go on sale.

Todo (Task Management) $9.99
Things (Task Management) $9.99
Delivery Status Touch (Delivery/Package Tracking) $2.99
FileAid (transfer files to and from your iphone to your mac/pc with DiskAid) $4.99 (DiskAid is freeware for your PC/Mac)
Appsniper (Tracking when certain apps go on sale) $0.99
Twitterrific Premium (Twitter client) is on sale still, for $3.99. (I bought this as soon as it went on sale)

Pocket Informant is currently the best event/task manager.

I like PocketMoney, TapExpense, and SplashMoney.. but I'd go with PocketMoney for it's speed of use and small features like built in keyboard with basic calculating functions... SplashMoney's great, but it took too long to make entries on the fly. TapExpense is awesome for on the fly entries, but it doesn't support transfers.

Momo and Notebook (Appigo's) are good. I use Momo cause it's easiest to lock my notes.

Photogene, CameraKit, and Photohype are all great.

My favorite games are Uniwar, Galcon, and Chess With Friends.

I'd say Fastlane is the best racer (hard to compare Need For Speed when ALL THE DIRECTIONS, MENUS, AND DIALOGUE ARE IN JAPANESE <-- EA supported English in their Simcity Japanese edition, but not in NFSU).

you definitely need appsniper to keep track of the sales. most games always go down in price, even EA games... i'll pick up need for speed when it's 4.99 while everyone is rushing to get the sims 3 for 9.99.
